Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members. - Participate in design discussions and propose innovative solutions. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. Professional & Technical Skills: - Implement and configure SAP modules related to Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash Management. - Design and develop solutions that streamline cash application, payment processing, and reconciliation processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP system configurations. - Provide expertise in SAP Treasury and Cash Management (TCM) module functionalities. - Perform system testing, user training, and post-implementation support for AP, AR, and Cash Management processes. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend SAP best practices. - Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to cash flow, payment postings, and bank account management. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. - Develop reports and analytics to track cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and financial performance. - Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to cash management and financial reporting. - Proven experience as an SAP Consultant specializing in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management. - In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP FI-AP, SAP FI-AR, SAP TR-CM (Treasury and Cash Management). - Hands-on experience in SAP configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules. - Strong understanding of financial processes, including cash application, payment processing, and bank reconciliation. - Project management experience and ability to manage multiple priorities. - SAP certification in SAP Financials (FI) or Treasury and Cash Management (TR). - Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Central Finance implementations. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for financial reporting. - Familiarity with industry-specific cash management practices and regulations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
