Summary: As a User Experience Engineer, you will be accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with design teams to translate design concepts into tangible prototype solutions, ensuring that technical feasibility aligns with design intent. You will engage in iterative testing and refinement of prototypes, gathering feedback to enhance user interaction and satisfaction. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the user experience is seamless and meets the needs of diverse users, all while maintaining a focus on innovation and quality in your deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creativity and innovation within the team. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience principles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security. - Strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices. - Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. - Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. - Familiarity with front-end development technologies to ensure feasibility of designs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Security. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
