College Intern - Procurement Operations

Description -

What a College Intern - Procurement Operations does at HP:

  • Support procurement request processing, tracking, and record keeping, including Purchasing Info Record requests and Request for Quotation tracking.
  • Update procurement information and records in SAP S/4HANA ERP system.
  • Support master data review and cleansing activities.
  • Assist with updating procurement SOPs and work instructions.
  • Support basic reporting, documentation, and other procurement or supply chain activities as required.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to follow work instructions and structured processes.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
