Business & Strategy
Shape the strategic agendas of leading organisations.
Some graduates want exposure. Some want variety. Strategy is for those who want influence.
At Accenture Strategy, you’ll work on the decisions that determine where organisations go next — how they grow, compete, invest, transform and create long‑term value.
From your very first project, you’ll help senior leaders tackle their most important questions — defining bold strategic direction and turning ambition into measurable outcomes.
Why Strategy at Accenture?
Accenture Strategy sits at the intersection of business, technology and transformation — but what makes us different is what happens after the strategy is set.
Our teams don’t just define direction. We work alongside technologists, operators and transformation leaders to ensure strategy is bold, grounded and executable — so you see how ideas become decisions, and how decisions become change.
Your Impact
As a Strategy Analyst, you’ll:
Structure complex, ambiguous problems with no clear starting point
Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis
Build models and scenarios to test strategic choices
Generate insight that informs executive decision‑making
Translate complexity into clear, practical recommendations
Contribute to enterprise strategy and transformation roadmaps
The Work You’ll be Part of
Our Strategy Graduates contribute to high‑impact engagements such as:
Global Tech Launch at Scale: Designed performance architecture and analytics for a global product launch, enabling 15,000+ orders and a 10x revenue uplift during peak demand.
Reinventing a Financial Institution: Redefined operating and technology architecture post‑merger, delivering 22–75% automation gains and accelerating digital delivery.
Transforming a National Retailer: Rebuilt commercial and digital capabilities, improving online conversion by 19% and strengthening forecasting and margin performance.
Modernising National Defence Technology: Developed enterprise technology blueprints and security roadmaps, accelerating modernisation across critical systems.
Driving Net Zero Through Technology: Linked enterprise technology strategy to climate ambition, embedding ESG metrics and reducing emissions through portfolio optimisation.
You won’t be observing this work — you’ll be contributing to it.
Your Growth
Strategy is a craft. We invest in developing it deeply. You’ll be supported by a global Strategy community committed to building future strategy leaders through:
Accelerated Strategy Learning: Structured problem‑solving, business modelling, operating‑model design and technology‑enabled strategy skills.
Senior Leader Apprenticeship: Close collaboration with experienced Strategy practitioners, gaining early exposure to executive‑level thinking and judgment.
High‑stakes work: Contribution to large‑scale enterprise strategy and transformation programs across Australia and the Asia‑Pacific.
Global opportunity: Access to cross‑border projects, rotations and capability pathways across Accenture’s global network.
