Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Job Description
As a Compliance and Business analytics manager, you will be responsible for supporting the DSV network. This role will partner with multiple stakeholders to ensure on time delivery for online customers.  This role requires attention to detail, problem solving and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills which you will work with Suppliers, Finance, On-boarding and Carriers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will manage the compliance program that handles over 1.5k vendors from 5k+ shipping points to ensure proper shipping practices, fraud detection and mitigation.  

Key job responsibilities
Monitoring of supplier performance and running the chargeback program that creates a financial incentive for shipping on time
Partners with various cross-functional teams to improve and monitor the customer experience
Key stakeholder for DSV in cross-functional projects that include creative shipping solutions, dashboard creation and streamlined supplier outreach 
Works closely with the On-boarding team to ensure proper setup & activation of new suppliers
Daily monitoring of escalations and open tickets for the DSV network including exceptions to shipping, carrier execution, inventory feeds and operational settings
Partnering with DSV performance and order management to resolve any escalations and align on proper next steps 
Weekly tracking of suppliers not following proper shipping practices including active supplier management and properly documented corrective action plans
Provides and supports the implementation of new supply chain business solutions that drive efficiency and improved customer experience
Provides detailed analytics to help resolve issues timely as well as develop future enhancements to help drive visibility
Enable effective decision making by aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling into a digestible and actionable format

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area. 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office.
