Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time

Your Role as a Registered Nurse Behavioral Health:

  • Assess the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of patients and families.

  • Develop, coordinate, and evaluate individualized care plans for your caseload.

  • Educate patients, families, and staff on behavioral health care, symptom management, and the philosophy of care.

  • Communicate findings and updates with the care team to ensure seamless support.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Current, unrestricted RN license in the state.

  • 1+ years of clinical nursing experience.

  • Willingness to travel within the Brockton area (50% travel).

  • Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).

  • Home health or hospice experience, and familiarity with Homecare HomeBase (preferred).
