About the Role

Responsible for implementing transformation initiatives in relation to either a major activity such as a merger or acquisition or the ongoing improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of an AIA entity, a function, or a department

• Coordinate the planning and implementation of transformation initiatives and processes
• Coordinate all aspects of a diverse, multi-disciplinary transformation project which may involve multiple functions and / or departments within AIA
• Lead the change process
• Coordinate staff to resolve project issues

•Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
