Job Posting:

Execute visual merchandising strategies across own and partner stores in Western Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and seasonal direction

Implement compelling in-store displays and promotional setups that enhance the customer journey and support commercial objectives; monitor POP materials and report issues as needed.

Deliver in-store VM training and coaching to retail teams; support national VM engagement initiatives such as the VM Winners Competition through store evaluations and feedback.

Contribute to the development and localisation of monthly VM tools, including seasonal store books, newsletters, and visual guidelines.

Support the visual preparation of local sales meetings, including outfit curation, model styling, and showroom setup in key locations.

Participate in new store openings and refurbishments across the region, ensuring timely and consistent VM execution.

Collaborate with the Sales team to review regional performance, align on KPIs, and support action planning through quarterly business reviews.

Assist in the visual execution of seasonal press events and brand activations, ensuring strong brand presentation.
