Senior Marketing Associate, APAC

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic, high-energy Senior Marketing Associate to support brand growth and lead-generation efforts across the APAC region. This role is a blend of creative campaign development, precision event execution, and data-driven optimization. The ideal candidate is a proactive storyteller who can navigate the nuances of the APAC market while aligning with our global brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Campaigns
  • End-to-End Execution: Execute multi-channel marketing plans, with a specific focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for high-value APAC prospects.
  • Creative Adaptation: Localize and optimize global creative assets for regional relevance across print, social, and digital platforms.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into prospect personas and stay ahead of industry trends with quarterly competitive landscape audits.
  • Content Excellence: Craft compelling copy for email, blogs, and sales enablement; develop high-impact collateral such as white papers and research reports.
  • Performance Tracking: Track regional marketing budgets and rigorously monitor ROI, ensuring all leads from APAC activities are tracked and nurtured.
Event Management
  • Creative Briefing: Coordinate the development of event assets by drafting initial creative briefs and tracking materials through the production pipeline. 
  • Audience Acquisition Strategy: Support the delivery of event promotional campaigns by executing email marketing deployments, scheduling social media posts, and coordinating sales outreach materials to drive high-quality registrations.
  • On-Site Management: Run point on event days—managing speaker logistics, polls and presentations, and technical execution (slides/AV) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Data-Driven Iteration: Oversee post-event data entry and analyze survey results to translate feedback into actionable improvements for future activations.
  • Asset Management: Maintain a comprehensive speaker bank and manage event-specific logistics, including premium gifting and name badge coordination.
Operational Excellence
  • Regional Reporting: Maintain the APAC events calendar, providing visibility on key dates and KPIs to global stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate information sharing by preparing summaries of team meetings and distributing key action items to ensure project alignment. 
  • Fiscal Oversight: Provide support for budget tracking by processing vendor invoices and maintaining accurate records of monthly regional spend.


Requirements

  • Experience: 2-4 years in a professional marketing role, specifically within the B2B sector.
  • Specialization: Proven track record in event management; hands-on experience with ABM frameworks is a significant advantage.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese are mandatory for this regional role.
  • Technical Savvy: * Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, ASANA, Salesforce, and data visualization tools like Tableau. A strong plus: Ability to integrate AI into the marketing stack to drive efficiency and enhance the quality of regional campaigns.
  • Mindset: A proactive, "no-task-too-small" attitude combined with the ability to think creatively and solve complex problems independently.
  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
