POSITION SUMMARY
Supports and leverages the development of functional processes and systems. Coordinates between functional teams to execute tasks and deliverables on time, ensuring that scope and schedule expectations are clearly defined. Drives and implements business process updates and improvement efforts with HQ and LO, assisting to design and implement end-to-end processes that will improve the efficiency of commercialization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Elevate “One Team” approach between HQ and Liaison Office by acting as a key conduit and point of contact for operationally driven activities between the different Product Creation functions in all locations.
- Facilitate the intake of ad hoc requests that affect Product Creation and help coordinate the most effective approach. Determine correct functions/personnel to include in project while providing insight and support towards an efficient resolution.
- Supports successful seasonal execution by providing and utilizing tools, audits, and metrics the team can utilize to track status and measure KPIs. Examples of this include Product Creation audits, proto delivery for Final Adopt, and Buy Ready status.
- Provide SME support for commercialization operations activities that occur in the region.
- Coordinates Product Creation sample requests as needed including Merch Samples, Color Samples and Pre-Production Samples.
- Act as Information Analyst and partner with HQ and LO teams to identify gaps in Product Creation reporting and auditing tools within Power BI. Evaluate and submit requests that will lead to increased efficiency and improved performance.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree specializing in related field and less than 2 years of experience in apparel Operations, Product Development, Merchandising or Analytics. 6 years of experience without degree. Work experience directly related to apparel product development is desired.
- Strong knowledge of apparel product creation and the functions/processes involved in commercialization including factory partners. Basic understanding of end-to-end manufacturing process.
- Possess strong working knowledge of Product Data Management systems and reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of formal project management. Can effectively determine project urgency/prioritization, which functions to include, and the most effective approach for efficient resolution with minimal guidance. Involved in SME execution.
- Strong knowledge of seasonal calendars and upstream/downstream dependencies. Utilizes effective time management and organization to proactively achieve deadlines.
- Creates strong cross-functional partnerships and customer focus by building trust through action, communication and influencing skills.
- Actively pursues building Product Creation and project management knowledge with enterprise business mindset.
- Possess strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure, meet strict timelines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English to deal with various levels of employees within the organization and worldwide personnel. Ability to negotiate deadlines with cross functional partners.
- Experience and/or interest building knowledge in multiple functions of Product Creation preferred. Ability/desire to support SME work in multiple areas of Product Creation when needed and capacity is available.
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITY
This job has no supervisory responsibility but manages projects and end to end programs with moderate resource requirements, risk and/or complexity.
JOB SCOPE
Job generally involves a moderate degree of complexity in performing non-recurring work situations. Operate from some established procedures and receive supervision and guidance from senior and Development Leadership. Work is generally reviewed at most stages of a project or assignment over extended periods of time. Decisions are made within prescribed company policy guidelines and constraints.
JOB CONDITIONS
Job may require hours that often exceed 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week during peak periods. Physical ability to use telephone, computer hardware/software including keyboard, type, sit and stand for extended periods of time.
