Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer/ BMaaS Engineer, you will engaged to design, implement, and maintain scalable bare metal infrastructure platforms. Required strong expertise in DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and CI/CD integrations, with hands-on experience in bare metal provisioning platforms such as Metalsoft. You will be involved in problem-solving and innovation, ensuring that the software solutions are tailored to the unique needs of the organization and its clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage Bare Metal as a Service (BMaaS) infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain automated bare metal provisioning using Metalsoft or similar platforms.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform in GCP
- Automate configuration management using Ansible.
- Develop automation scripts and tools using Python.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and integrate them with downstream platforms.
- Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, and Platform Engineering teams to enable infrastructure scalability.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GCP DevOps
- Experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code development)
- Strong understanding of Python (automation scripting and tooling)
- Familiarity with Ansible (configuration management)
- Bare metal provisioning platforms (Metalsoft preferred)

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in GCP DevOps.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
