Mandatory Skills : - 

•  Fundamental understanding of, ITSM ITIL and CMDB.

•  ServiceNow Administration/Development experience : - 

a) Developing workflows/custom applications

b) Extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications.

b) Experience in any scripting languages (JavaScript)

c) Experience with customizing Service Portals

d) Working knowledge of Authentication integration like LDAP, SSO and Okta 

e) Experience with Server-Side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes)

f) Experience with Client-Side scripting (UI Actions/customization)

g) Understands technical and functional requirements and develop solution accordingly.

Soft Skill 

•Good communication and documentation skills.

Good to have

•Experience working in a Scrum Team, demonstrating Agile principles.

•Good troubleshooting skills 

•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
