Monday-Thursday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Friday-Monday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Location: Coverage from Springfield to Jacksonville

Your Role as an After-Hours RN:
Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients’ physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
Care Planning: Develop and adjust care plans during each visit.
Communication: Coordinate with your clinical supervisor, physicians, and care team.
Patient Counseling: Provide safety plans and leverage community resources.
Care Implementation: Ensure quality and continuity for your patients.
Proactive Action: Identify and address changes in patient conditions.
Plan Verification: Confirm the Plan of Care before each visit and deliver care as prescribed.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
Home Health/Hospice experience is highly preferred
Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
Ability to travel approximately 50%
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred to live in service area
