As a CSA - Customer Application Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical expertise and developing technical solutions as part of the pre‑ITO process
  • Conducting technical analysis of client needs, including product definition and optimization
  • Defining scope, schedule, industrial scheme and cost in alignment with policies and procedures
  • Calculating plant, system and equipment performance and efficiency
  • Documenting technical specifications and costing elements for contract execution
  • Customizing products and implementing them for specific customer needs in OTR
  • Resolving problems using acquired expertise and precedent
  • Working with business unit colleagues under guided contacts
  • Specifying and planning activities and explaining technical issues
  • Communicating with direct team and supervisor
  • Presenting metrics, project status and research to internal teams

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Engineering/Technology)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong problem‑solving skills
