Leidos is actively seeking a Software Configuration Management (CM) specialist to support the Distributed Common Ground System, Navy (DCGS-N) Family of Systems (FoS) which includes DCGS-N INC 1 Block 2, DCGS-N INC2, the DCGS-N Enterprise Node (DEN), the Joint Concentrator Architecture (JCA) and the Intelligence Carry On Program (ICOP) and systems in development.. 

The successful applicant will be a member of the Software Support Activity performing DCGS-N software management, licensing, and distribution for DCGS-N development and production-based systems.  The position will involve extensive software configuration management skills as well as the capacity to follow detailed installation procedures.  

The candidate must communicate effectively, establish and maintain professional credibility, and be able to work directly and independently with Navy customers, team members, and program management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform software media management, DADMS verification and analysis on GOTS/COTS software.
• Perform configuration management duties associated with maintaining and controlling all hardware inventory, documentation, product releases, and software configuration management.  Individual shall be able to provide change management and product configuration management guidance.
• Will provide solutions based on system software requirements.  Will work with team to develop solutions to the technical issues and updates that are required.
• Defining DCGS-N baselines and versioning; initiating and conducting studies that examine upgrades and changes to the DCGS-N system; initiating and conducting Enterprise Change Requests (ECRs) documenting a needed change to the system; and providing software support to the life cycle activities required to sustain the system.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years of overall related CM experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field.  Additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
• Three (3) years as configuration management in ISR/IO or C4ISR systems. Experience may be achieved simultaneously. Proficient with utilizing Git and DevOps tools for automation, reporting, and CM (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Similar).
• Minimum of IAT II Certifications to meet DoD 8570.1M compliance.
• Experience with CMPRO, Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
• Active TS/SCI clearance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience/training in a Linux, Windows PC and Windows Server environment.
• ISR or Distributed Common Ground Station background.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
