ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for an S&OP Manager to own and evolve our Sales & Operations Planning function at a European level, based at our EMEA headquarters in Geneva.
The role sits within the Demand Planning team and is accountable for the full monthly S&OP cycle across all our omnichannel revenue streams: wholesale, retail, e-commerce, partner stores. You will be sitting at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Distribution, with monthly deliverables that feed directly into European senior leadership decisions and global US reporting
As the S&OP Manager, you will run the monthly cycle end-to-end, consolidate the corporate forecast, discuss channel assumptions, and present a clear picture of where the business is heading to senior leadership. You own the inventory, KPI reporting, and communicate shipment forecasts to our Distribution Centers. And you are the one who knows, at any given moment, what the risks and opportunities are across all channels.
Beyond running the process, we expect this role to help us move forward. Our current tools are largely manual, our templates have not been significantly updated in years, and the process has room to be sharper, faster, and more impactful. We expect you to be able to diagnose what needs to change, articulate what better looks like, and drive that improvement progressively while continuing to deliver a reliable monthly cycle.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
