Overview
Come join our innovative Analytics team to drive deeper understanding to influence product decisions for our financial wellness platform. As a Senior Data Analyst focused on customer behavior, you’ll leverage your expertise in product and user analytics to uncover insights that enhance user engagement, optimize app experiences, and drive overall business growth. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to translate data into actionable strategies that improve our customer journey and product performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex problems with data, collaborating cross-functionally, and mentoring others to foster a culture of analytical excellence.
What You'll Do
Own the development and delivery of insights that empower product and business stakeholders to make informed, real-time decisions
Design and implement analyses that evaluate product performance, feature adoption, and user behavior across our app and platform
Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks that visualize key metrics and user trends
Partner with Product and Engineering to define success metrics, experiment designs (A/B tests), and data requirements for new features
Diagnose challenges and identify opportunities to improve user engagement, retention, and conversion
Develop and automate recurring data pipelines and processes to ensure accuracy and accessibility of insights
Serve as a thought partner and mentor to junior analysts, promoting a collaborative, data-driven culture
Requirements
5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science or data engineering
Advanced SQL skills and demonstrated ability to work with both structured and unstructured databases.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik) to conduct in-depth analysis and present data findings
Master’s degree (Analytics, Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, etc)
Proven understanding of marketing data and how to leverage that to drive valuable insights
Working knowledge in relevant technologies/languages: Python, AWS, Snowflake
Excellent collaboration and partnership skills for working across internal organizations
Strong interpersonal skills and an appreciation of diversity in teamwork

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
