システム導入中および導入後の顧客に対し、キリバシステムの利用価値の最大化を計るため、顧客毎の支援計画提案と実行を管理する。
■職務詳細
・サービス専任担当者として顧客問い合わせ対応、利用促進案などの提供
・顧客との定期的なミーティングを主催
・顧客からの問合せ内容を分析し、今後の利用促進/改善に向けての提案活動
・顧客からの問合せ内容からKyriba利用上の問題点を抽出し、社内連携チームへ機能要件フィードバック
・サービス提供を通じて、お客様からトラステッドアドバイザーとして認識され、課題を共に解決する立場となる
