Internship - Customer Support Engineer
What does a Day of a Customer Support Engineer look like (join CSE in Daily Work):
- Perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Tasks on highly complex capital Semiconductor Equipment
- Support troubleshooting, diagnosing and repair of KLA equipment
- Coordinate actions with customer in order to assure minimal production impact
Logfile Analysis:
- Identify potential systematic issues
- Propose potential improvements --> create Project plan to implement improvements
