About the Opportunity

The Grower & Production Insights Analyst supports the creation of strong data connectivity across Production and its stakeholders to enhance performance. The role uses advanced technical skills to build impactful reports, tools, and scorecards that surface key business insights. It is suited for a highly motivated, relationship‑oriented problem solver who can collaborate across teams and regions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the correct and complete publication and continuous improvement of production reports essential for business status visibility.

  • Support district and production managers in the different economic, strategic or operational analyses required during the year.

  • Support other departments in the generation of sporadic/ad hoc reports that are critical to the operation.

  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity to new technologies in data visualization and analytics, software development, data mining, big data, Internet of Things and apply them effectively to the business.

  • Generate technological solutions that enable agility in process response, identifying actions that can be omitted or improved through automated processes and without human contact.

  • Interprets and offers preliminary findings/insights leveraging trends from forecast, harvest, and various other data, actively exploring data for specific use cases

  • Be the liaison with IS for the maintenance of databases that allow access to information analysis tools.

  • Develop ETL (extract - transform - load) processes to collect the necessary data for processing in a standardized and automated way.

  • Generate base reports and/or train remote users so that they can access the information they require using tools such as Excel or Tableau.

  • Serve as the link between Supply Execution Analytics Hub and Operational Effort

   

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree required with preferred emphasis on data analytics, statistics or agribusiness
  • Databases, data analytics, dashboard design, software development, software engineering, strategic planning, statistics.
  • Excel, Tableau and/or data visualization tools - Advanced
  • Databases and programming - Advanced
  • Statistics - Intermediate
  • Data analysis and interpretation - Advanced
  • Project management - Advanced
  • Process mapping - Advanced

Compensation and Benefits

The following information is provided in good faith as a general description of the salary range and benefits for the position posted.  The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, internal pay equity, and other objective job-related factors. 

Salary Range estimated for the Grower & Production Insights Analyst: $75,750 year to $92,260 year.
