You will increase efficiency by managing processes, resources, and technologies to ensure the smooth flow of operations to meet cost, quality, controls, and delivery targets. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle. - Increase efficiency by managing processes, resources, and technologies to ensure the smooth flow of operations to meet cost, quality, controls, and delivery targets. - Work with individuals and teams from development through implementation across organizations. - Manage and coordinate activities related to software configuration management. - Implement and maintain software configuration management processes and tools. - Ensure compliance with software configuration management policies and procedures. - Identify and resolve configuration management issues and conflicts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software configuration management best practices. - Provide guidance and support to team members on software configuration management activities. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of software configuration management processes and tools. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software configuration management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Experience with software configuration management processes and tools. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies. - Knowledge of version control systems such as Git or SVN. - Experience with build and release management tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ERP systems. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
