Oversees a large Organizational Change Management (OCM) organization and manages the implementation, and integration of OCM processes, and ensures effectiveness within large-scale, strategic and enterprise-wide projects.

What You Will Do:

• Provides day-to-day supervision for the change team. Identifies and addresses engagement staff availability plus training and development needs.
• Assesses the impact, costs, benefits and risks of proposed changes. Coordinates change planning and the implementation process.
• Works with business partners and/or customers on OCM programs across the organization. Integrates OCM processes with other functions.
• In partnership with the Sr Director of Strategy, provide support and governance for Strategic Procurement Planning Division’s project portfolios.
• Develops and maintains strong business partner and/or customer relationships at all organization levels through demonstrated customer focus and OCM process competence.

Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree or 15 years of progressive experience in Change Management

• Balances competing demands across enterprise initiatives, adjusting focus as priorities shift.
• Supports team workload distribution and delivery commitments through proactive planning and collaboration.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

• Gallup StrengthsFinder 34 certification or completion of a third-party Organizational Change Management (OCM) course.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with measurable impact in communication, learning, or behavior change.
• A proven ability to navigate matrixed organizations, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
• Familiarity with enterprise strategy frameworks and how to translate them into scalable change plans.

Additional Information:

Relocation assistance is provided.
Visa sponsorship is not available.
Travel requirements are minimal (less than 25%).
This role is based in the Peoria/Mossville area and requires on-site presence five days a week.

Summary Pay Range:

$156,000.00 - $234,000.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
