What you will do:
- Develop and maintain strong, cooperative relationships with carriers and collaborate effectively with internal teams
- Coordinate and oversee the transportation of goods to customers and internal orders, ensuring accurate data is provided to Finance for sales recognition
- Monitor delivery dates and proactively implement improvements to enhance logistics efficiency
- Process and follow up on customer complaints to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
- Assist during audits by collecting and submitting requested documents within established deadlines
- Manage document archiving related to order processing and shipments for easy retrieval and compliance
- Collaborate with warehouses to arrange consolidated shipments and ensure smooth operations
- Provide necessary information for customs clearance and issue shipping-related documents in the local ERP system
What you need:
Required:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent market experience in logistics or a related field
- Proficiency in Russian and strong English communication skills
Preferred:
- Strong computer skills, including experience with ERP systems
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience or familiarity with EDI invoicing and customs processes
