Bose Global Product & Supply Chain organization is looking for bright, motivated co-ops who seek out new approaches and love to learn. Our best teammates are excellent problem solvers who work well with people to get results.

As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with the New Product Management team and cross-functional stakeholders to assist in the planning, validation, and launch of our consumer electronics products. You will support various aspects of product management, including market research, strategy development, and performance analysis, ensuring that products meet customer needs and align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development Support: Assist in the documentation and tracking of product roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure products meet specifications and launch on schedule.
  • Market Research: Work with research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for product improvements or new features.
  • Product Documentation: Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including product specifications, user needs, and feature requirements. Ensure all stakeholders are informed of product changes and updates.
  • Project Coordination: Support project management tasks, including tracking project progress, coordinating meetings, and managing timelines. Assist in resolving any issues that arise during the product development process. Lead sample management process.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate product performance post-launch. Collect data on key metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and usage patterns, and report findings to the team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure product success from concept through to market launch and beyond.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Working toward Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant coursework or certifications in product management is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira).
  • Attributes: Self-motivated and eager to learn. Detail-oriented with a passion for technology and consumer electronics. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
