Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will do in This Role:
- Design and deliver Workday Extend solutions in collaboration with HR, integration experts, and system architects.
- Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve existing Extend solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, stability, and Global IT governance standards.
- Support testing, upgrades, deployments, and cutover activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and solution designs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Either:
- 2–3 years of programming experience with technologies such as XML, XSLT, XPath, REST APIs, SOAP, Workday Query Language, JSON, and object-oriented programming; or
- 4–5 years of Workday ecosystem experience as an integration expert.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment.
- Strong communication and intercultural skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technical areas.
- English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
