Role Definition
Assists in the design, definition, development, and test of the robotics software development; collaborates with senior engineers to ensure that internal and external clients' needs are met.

Responsibilities
•    Collecting and researching data on customer experience with robotic platforms; preparing reports for management.
•    Documenting architecture specifications, software design description, verification plans, test cases, operating procedures, and safety procedures.
•    Utilizing appropriate tools to debug, test and maintain software and hardware systems of robotic tools; assisting in the verification and validation process.
•    Participating in design and development of application software and algorithms for robotic platforms.
•    Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.

• 5+ Years of Experience in Automation/Manual Testing

 

Skills Required :

• Hands-on experience in automation test frameworks (Behaviour Driven Development – Specflow/C#)
• Good experience in UI test automation tools – Selenium
• Exposure to Microservices & AWS/Azure cloud testing.
• Experience in writing SQL Queries - DB Testing & API Testing
• Integrate into and develop CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous integration and deployment of automation harness.
• Experience in Agile Methodology
• Experience in providing test estimation and doing code reviews.
• Strong software test engineering methodology and process expertise
• Close interaction with Team Leads, Product Managers and Development & QA team members and Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the overall team capabilities
• Experience in being a mentor for a team comprising of both experienced – Manual tester as well as fresh graduates who are QA developers.
