• Saturday and Sunday shift + 1 weekday shift
• Training provided
• Purpose‑driven healthcare retail environment
   

About the role:

As a Sleep Coach, you’ll support customers in‑store by delivering professional, thoughtful service while contributing to store sales and presentation standards. You’ll be part of a close‑knit team where everyone supports one another and customer care comes first.

This role suits someone who enjoys helping people, staying busy and making a positive impact.
 

You will:

• Assist customers with sleep health products and solutions
• Achieve sales targets in a supportive team environment
• Maintain store standards and stock levels
• Complete product training and follow service processes
• Assist with POS, admin tasks and equipment care

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Reliable, approachable and customer‑focused
