What will you be doing?
In this role you will bring clarity and structure to demand planning across a dynamic portfolio. You will work closely with sales, marketing and supply partners to understand market needs, analyze trends and convert information into accurate short, mid and long term forecasts. You will take the lead in maintaining and improving material master data, ensuring pricing and costing information is current, and proactively highlighting risks or variances. Each day you will play a key part in keeping our operations aligned, informed and ready to meet customer needs across Emerging Markets.
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role comes from combining strong analytical capability with curiosity and collaboration. You will be someone who enjoys problem solving, navigating data and turning insight into action. You will also bring confidence, great communication skills and the ability to balance detail with the bigger picture.
You will also bring:
• Minimum three years of experience in demand planning, S&OP or supply planning, ideally gained in an international setting such as the medical sector
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret internal and external information to guide decisions
• Practical knowledge of MS Excel and planning systems such as Kinaxis or Rapid Response (or similar)
• Advanced English communication skills and a collaborative, team focused approach
