Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage data activities including reporting, Dashboard design, data analysis, maintenance, quality, and reporting table engineering.
• Translate business priorities into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.
• Drive end-to-end business partner communication, gathering requirements from business stakeholders, and effectively communicating progress and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Collaborate closely with technology teams to design, develop, and implement robust data solutions and infrastructure.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior analysts, overseeing their day-to-day work and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Automate reporting processes and redesign reporting using AI tools to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance analytical capabilities.
• Accountable for regular reporting and process administration as an owner.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and strategic insights.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Participate in periodic meetings with managers and business partners to share overall status, progress, and address issues.
• Contribute to workflow or process change and redesign initiatives.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets. This includes driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervising and ensuring accountability within the team.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in data reporting, dashboard design, insights generation, and validation.
• Proven experience in data validation and strong project management.
• Solid knowledge of analytics and solution implementation.
• Experience in building Advisor scorecards is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and strong understanding of SQL/Python/SAS.
• Ability to effectively multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with DataIKU is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Domain experience in Retail Banking, Wealth, or Lending/Liability products.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience working with data.
