MAJOR ACTIVITIES

Strategy

Develop Training strategies for Sales to achieve higher productivity & Customer Satisfaction

  • Strategy based on Key pillars related to Network / Dealer staff Skill enhancement & Quality Improvement
  • Create action plan for the year to achieve company targets
  • Onboarding of IFT & Regular TTT for Regional IFT
  • Monitoring monthly activities within the approved Budgets
  • Administration of IT system (GLMS) & updates
  • Training Calendar Planning & execution through the team
  • Manpower database management (consolidation of manpower through field) & Correct Data reporting in DMS
  • Strategy for Skill Contest & execution

Consultation

Training intervention creation & execution for multiple role holder

  • Creation & updation of Classroom Training content for key role holder in Sales
  • Creation of sales tool & Knowledge Guides
  • Vendor management for conducting need based trainings.
  • Coordination with various internal stakes within NMIPL towards roll out of New Model trainings
  • Aligning with NML global & regional team for content creation as per global guideline
  • Train the Trainer for IFT, GLMS Team & External Trainer

Analysis

Training need analysis & development of action plan

  • Review with dealer & field team on various KPI related to conversion ratio, training penetration and adequacy
  • Responsible to gauge/monitor the Post Training effectiveness and administer improvements as per needs

Reporting

Reporting at different level on key KPI’s

  • Review with Sales Team on Trained manpower & nomination status and other initiative with field team
  • Monthly review with AMI & Global
  • Monthly review with management
