In your role as International Senior Product Manager – Therapeutic Apheresis (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the operative product management, ensuring the development and implementation of strategic plans to support the growth of our medical device product line globally. The International Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) will be expected to manage existing product portfolios, as well as support the development of new products and take them to market.

Your tasks:

  • Assist in defining the vision for new products and services, drive the development process from ideation to commercialization.
  • Create business cases, Product Requirements Documentation (PRDs), International Marketing Plan and further documentation for new offerings to support the development process and secure key stakeholder sponsorship.
  • Drive the innovation agenda by helping to promote and accelerate the ideation process for new product and service ideas.
  • Help define new clinical and non-clinical processes and workflows, including development of new patient care standards, policies, procedures, and protocols to support new product / service offerings.
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development to define the core positioning and messaging for the product(s).
  • Perform product demos to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop data collection plans for tracking metrics during alpha and beta testing and post-launch.
  • Coordinate with the Business Development team to develop and implement sales tools and collateral.
  • Develop a comprehensive go-to-market process with Sales, Marketing and Operations. Collaborate with Marketing to create messaging/positioning/campaigns/collateral that accurately reflects the features and benefits of new and existing service offerings. Ensure the successful implementation of this process.
  • Regularly update Business Development, Client Services and other cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Conduct market research to define and identify use cases and unmet needs of existing and potential customers and to establish business requirements.
  • Provide support to internal staff members with more complex tasks that require a higher level of understanding.
  • May escalate issues to supervisor/manager for resolution, as necessary.
  • Assist with various projects and analysis as assigned by direct supervisor.
  • Drive or support optimization and cost down initiatives with suppliers and collaboration partners.
  • Focus on me market expansion strategies for global business development.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Lifesciences or Economics.
  • At least 5 years of product management experience in the medical device industry, preferably with a focus on extracorporeal therapies.
  • Responsible function in the launch of a new launch and/or re-launch activities.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and a demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful product strategies globally.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work across functions and cultures to achieve common goals.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, with experience in developing marketing plans and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
