Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to oversee cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence, enhance scalability, and promote user-centric design. This role encompasses program design, launch, and management.  Other key responsibilities include communications, KPI tracking, operations, change management, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management: Strategic thinker capable of leading and driving the design and implementation of larger-scale programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Effectively drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve program objectives, navigating organizational dynamics.
• Resource Management: Proficient in allocating and managing resources for larger-scale projects, demonstrating strategic resource management.
• Risk and Quality Control: Strategic approach to risk management, ensuring all program aspects meet established quality metrics.
• Local Market Adaptation: Proficient in aligning programs with broader organizational goals while ensuring relevance to local markets.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management roles, preferably in operations, communications, or tech/SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to develop communication plans, manage stakeholders, and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience with change management, business operations, and KPI reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex topics into concise messaging.
• Self-starter with a track record of leading programs autonomously and delivering results.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
