  • Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, data architects, and engineering teams to align solution designs to enterprise standards and delivery priorities.

  • Define target-state architecture patterns, integration approaches, and data flows for reporting, operational, and AI-enabled use cases.

  • Lead architecture decisions for new initiatives, enhancements, and platform adoption across business functions.

  • Ensure solution designs address scalability, resiliency, security, data quality, and governance requirements.

  • Support prioritization and roadmap planning by evaluating design options, dependencies, trade-offs, and implementation feasibility.

  • Review proposed solutions and delivery plans to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, product intent, and business outcomes.

  • Drive consistency in solution design practices, documentation standards, and architecture governance across regions and teams.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams during delivery to ensure architectural integrity.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in data, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or related technology roles.

  • Experience designing end-to-end data solutions in complex enterprise environments.

  • Experience working with business stakeholders to assess requirements, define target-state solutions, and support delivery execution.

  • Experience in financial services, asset management, or similarly regulated and complex industries.

  • Experience with enterprise data platforms, integration patterns, reporting ecosystems, and governed data environments.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to assess business needs, evaluate design options, and translate complex requirements into scalable and governed solution architectures.

  • Communication and collaboration capabilities: Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence skills, with the ability to connect business intent to technical design decisions.

  • Understanding of technology governance, security, or operational practices: Strong understanding of data governance, security, risk management, compliance, and operational standards, with experience embedding them into solution design.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting cloud-based data modernization initiatives and enterprise platform transformations.

  • Experience designing data solutions that support self-service analytics, advanced analytics, or AI-enabled use cases.

  • Familiarity with asset management, investment, portfolio, finance, or operational data domains.

  • Experience establishing reusable architecture patterns, reference designs, and solution governance practices.
