Meet the team:

As a Pricing Strategy Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping Dexcom’s pricing approach by defining market value, optimizing profitability, and driving sustainable revenue growth. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams—including Market Access, Trade, Contracting, and Finance—to establish pricing guardrails that support key business objectives. In a fast-moving and evolving market, you will evaluate financial trade-offs and adapt pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and long-term value.

The Pricing Strategy Senior Analyst is responsible for leading pricing strategy development, profit optimization, and revenue-driving initiatives across assigned areas of the business. Success in this role requires strong collaboration, analytical rigor, and the ability to balance complexity while delivering actionable insights. Candidates must demonstrate independence, strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate across multiple functions within the Dexcom organization.

Where you come in:

  • Pricing Ownership: You serve as the primary pricing partner for assigned channels.
  • Financial Modeling: You build scenario analyses to evaluate risks, opportunities, and cost/benefit trade-offs.
  • Market Analysis: You monitor market dynamics, environmental trends, and competitive activity across customer segments.
  • Profit Optimization: You identify pricing and price realization opportunities within U.S. markets.
  • Pricing Governance: You support business case development and present recommendations to the Executive Pricing Committee.
  • Deal Development: You advise on deal structure and facilitate workshops to drive improved commercial outcomes.
  • Operational Excellence: You lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance pricing processes, tools, and systems.
  • Commercial Collaboration: You partner with Commercial teams to support contract development and performance evaluation.

  • You bring prior experience in the diabetes market, with expertise in CGM strongly preferred
  • You demonstrate strong financial acumen, including forecasting, pricing strategy, and modeling
  • You have a solid understanding of U.S. healthcare economics and the market landscape
  • You have proven success integrating strategies across multiple functional areas
  • You can influence, align, and build consensus with internal stakeholders around a shared vision

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 -8 years of related experience.

Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.

Salary:

$78,900.00 - $131,500.00
