Job Description:

As a manufacturing process specialist, you will develop an in-depth understanding of packing and raw material quality optimization, initiative startups, spec standardization, cost saving projects and a focus on process support and specifications.

You will develop a deep knowledge on raw and pack materials and processes involved in Fabric and Home Care products. In addition to this, as part of this role, you will receive training on, and acquire working knowledge of the regulatory requirements that our products need to meet.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the execution of all initiatives in the site and owns and leads start up and validation of all roll out lines and simpler process changes.  Support for technical learning plan, execution and data gathering. 
  • Owner for Validation System across module.
  • Provide plant saving ideas/choices to plant/regional/platform leaders and execute process and materials related plant saving ideas in both the plant and supply chain.
  • Execute Business Continuity Plan trials and materials operational change over plans. 
  • Support plant Process Reliability/Over-pack/Scrap saving improvements.  Execute site changes  and projects for material utilization and reblend.  Maintain tracking of material variance on a site level to identify opportunities. Work with suppliers to ensure quality and eliminate material losses.
  • Site owner for Process Control Strategy work process only.  Lead execution, tracking, and documentation for controlled state verification including change management.  Peer review Process Control Strategy to assure site capability to meet scope.
  • Quality Assurance for material through providing feedback to suppliers and manage returned material, and perform root cause analysis with suppliers on quality issues in operations.

  • 0-3 Years of experience
  • Good English Speaking and Writing
  • Targeted Studies: Pharmaceutical, Sciences (Material, Chemical, Industrial)
  • Good Communication and Teamwork Skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Good Microsoft Office Skills
