Job Description
Reporting into the Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, we are seeking a Global Head of Talent Strategy & Development to lead the strategy and execution of enterprise talent efforts to ensure the organization has the leadership, capabilities, and workforce readiness to meet business objectives and support ongoing transformation. This role integrates leadership development, performance management, and workforce planning to drive business results, strengthen engagement and retention, and enable organizational agility.Key Responsibilities

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $275,000 - $325,000 per year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
