What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

Champion Quality

• Ensure our products, processes, and documentation meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance.
• Uphold Abbott’s Quality System and regulatory expectations such as ISO and IVDR.

Lead and Influence

• Drive projects, define goals, and deliver solutions that move the business forward.
• Guide and support colleagues across functions, contributing to a culture of learning and excellence.

Manage Risk with Purpose

• Evaluate product safety and performance, escalating risks when necessary.
• Create and review risk management documentation to safeguard both patients and the business.

Solve Problems That Matter

• Support investigations, CAPA activities, and documentation improvements.
• Make decisions with long-term impact, aligned with strategic goals.

Strengthen Our Quality Ecosystem

• Investigate complex customer complaints and contribute to trend analysis.
• Support internal and external audits with confidence and professionalism.
• Lead design control and change management activities that enhance how we work.

What You Bring

• A degree in Life Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in Quality or a related discipline (less may be considered with an advanced degree).
• A strong understanding of how Quality drives business success.
• Technical acumen, curiosity, and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you work well with others and influence positive outcomes.
