About the Team

Systems & Innovation team is responsible for enabling business teams (Inventory, Planning & Replenishment) with functional capabilities around Demand, Fulfillment & Inventory Optimization. This team undertakes testing of system release, drives enhancements, UATs, SOPs, Trainings & consult on business requirements.

We're in search of a skilled Inventory Systems Associate Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll lead the way in improving our inventory operations by managing day-to-day processes and investigating issues in key inventory systems like JDA Inventory Optimization, as well as internal systems such as Crystal and Bullseye. Your expertise will be crucial in collaborating on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and processes. Beyond our usual tasks, you'll handle UAT test cases on important systems like JDA/Blue Yonder I/O and other Lowe's Inventory Systems, working closely with the SSCM Systems Team to create effective UAT scripts. Additionally, you'll contribute to developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our inventory systems, ensuring smooth operations and well-documented best practices. Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

• Support regular process execution and root cause investigations for core supply chain inventory systems including:
  • JDA/Blue Yonder I/O and Fulfillment
  • Internal systems like Crystal and Bullseye
  • Other Lowe’s inventory management systems
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system feature and process development
  • Support execution of UAT test cases on key systems:
    • JDA/Blue Yonder I/O
    • Crystal and Bullseye
    • Other Lowe’s inventory management systems
• Partner with SSCM Systems Team on regular operational executions ad developing UAT scripts
• Execution of regular inventory optimization processes and collaboration with the stakeholders for change implementation
• Standard Operating Procedures
  • Support development of SOPs for supply chain inventory systems
• Assist with maintenance and review of existing SOPs and best practice documentation

Overall 0-2 years of Experience

• Knowledge in the basics of Retail Supply chain Management or Inventory Management

• MBA or Master Degree in Supply Chain (Desired)

Skill Set Required

Primary Skills (must have)

• Basic knowledge and understanding of inventory management, preferably JDA/Blue Yonder experience
• Basic understanding of Data analysis and visualization tool such as PoweBI, SQL, MS Access and Excel
• Excellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to develop process documents
• Ability to work with large datasets, derive insights and data storytelling to help business take decisions
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills

Secondary Skills (desired)

• Experience in any advance data analysis tool like Python and R
