Job Description

【職務内容】

担当地域において、自社システム（モニタリングシステム、ミルキングインテリジェンス）に関するテクニカル・システムサポートならびにコンサルテーションサービスを顧客（主に酪農場及び肉牛農場）に提供し、顧客満足度を向上させる。これらの活動を通して、グローバルで展開される当社システムの日本での浸透を加速させる。

上司の全体的な指示のもとに、与えられたリソース（人、経費、時間）を適切に活用し、具体的な業務実施計画を策定する。

自社システムおよび畜産に関する高い知識、技術を用いて、農場への製品採用サポート、製品導入後のトラブルシューティング・システムサポートならびに生産性向上サポートを提供し、顧客の継続使用につなげる。

海外チームと連携し新しい製品知識・技術を日本に導入するとともに、システムメンテナンスをおこなう。

代理店との協業を図り、代理店先の顧客のサポートも実施する。

 

【必要要件】

通信関係に関する知識・技術を有する（経験３年以上）

営業先及び代理店とのコミュニケーションスキル

効率的かつ効果的な活動計画の立案と実行

その他業務上いかせる知識・スキル

MAXXその他の業務システム、IT,ツール、オフィスソフトの操作

オフィス・住宅等でのインターネット環境構築の経験

通信関連でのトラブルシューティングの経験

畜産、家畜衛生、飼料、農場経営等に関する知識があれば尚可

 

その他学歴・資格等

普通自動車運転免許証
英語の読み書きできると尚可
