We are looking for a skilled and experienced Learning Tech and Analytics Senior Manager to join our team. As a Learning Tech and Analytics Senior Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and internal teams, as well as collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Your role will involve working with large datasets, conducting statistical analysis, and creating reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams ensuring the scalability and performance of our applications.

Responsibilities:

• Technology

  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand software requirements and project goals

  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components and ensure system compatibility

  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software engineering

  • Document software designs, processes, and procedures

  • Continuously improve software development processes and practices

• Analytics

  • Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources

  • Analyze data using statistical techniques and tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations

  • Interpret data and provide actionable insights to support business objectives and decision-making

  • Develop and maintain data models, databases, and data systems for efficient data analysis and reporting

  • Create and automate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data findings to stakeholders

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support

  • Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization

  • Assist in the development and implementation of data collection and analysis processes and tools

  • Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python

• Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices

• Experience with product development tools and frameworks (e.g., Git, Agile, Scrum)

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field

• Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)

• Knowledge of database systems and SQL

• Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks
