Your new role

We are seeking a multiple Enterprise Solution Architects to join our team. Within this role you will:

• Define the technical direction for data projects while mentoring team members.

• Define non-functional requirements, including security, capacity, performance, and cross-functional concerns.

• Engage in pre-sales discussions and responses, providing technical expertise and content.

• Build, maintain and grow new/existing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Design and articulate clear architectural solutions that meet project goals.

• Innovate and develop new Databricks consulting and solution offerings to meet emerging market needs.

These positions can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra.

Your skills and experience

• The ability to design and present complex data architectures to stakeholders.

• Experience in leading a team and upskilling team members.

• Proven experience leading end-to-end data projects in complex enterprise settings.

• A background in reputable consulting firms with a focus on technology and data.

• In-depth knowledge of data engineering principles, especially with Databricks.

• Strong cloud-based solutioning skills (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

• A continuous learner, eager to stay updated with modern technologies and certifications.

• A passion for the data community.
