JOB PURPOSE:

检验各种零件（外购件），包括基本的目视检查，以及使用复杂的的检具或者测量仪器对零部件进行评价测量，同时对新入职员工进行适当指导和培训。

JOB DUTIES: 

遵守标准流程或者通用的检验标准以及专用的检验表来检查零部件确认符合卡特彼勒的规范和质量要求。 记录和沟通反馈检验结果。 支持随时紧急测量任务，在没有检验表的情况下根据图纸直接对产品和相关尺寸进行分析和测量。 检验复杂的结构件，包括尺寸测量和焊接检查 对检验项目、检验方法的优化提出建议并与工程师沟通促进改善。 在工作过程中适当的对新同事进行指导和培训 完成主管指定的其它任务。

JOB REQUIREMENTS (must include education, years of working experience, English level, office 365 skill, job related knowledge and soft skills etc.)

为人正直，良好的人际沟通能力，强烈的责任心和团队精神 技术学校或者更高学历. 机械专业或电气专业。 熟练阅读机械图纸，熟练理解尺寸公差，形位公差的和相应测量方法。 熟练操作常规量检具，如卡尺，千分尺，高度仪等，千分表等测量仪器。 熟练操作CMM/PMM，完成复杂结构件的尺寸测量。 熟悉卡特彼勒相关标准。能够指导他人作业。 具备良好的计算机操作能力, 包括MS office办公软件。 至少2年检验或者质量控制相关的工作经验。 本岗位要求良好的质量意识和高度的责任心。 能阅读简单的英语
