Job Description Summary:

You will be part of the LATAM OU FP&A Service Delivery team of 20 Company associates, as an individual contributor, but working with a team of Genpact Associates that delivers all Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities related to still business in LATAM.

  

LATAM is one of the largest Operations globally, with nearly 10B Unit Cases, $ 6.5B NSR and $ 4B OI, and is also a highly complex operating unit, with several unique business models (+50). 

You will support and partner with the Operating Unit Stills Finance Director and his direct team in management of the profit & value sharing agreements with the Brazil bottlers with focus on the Stills portfolio (non-carbonated drinks, as Water, Juices, Teas, Sport drinks, Protein and Dairy) and Stills processes (Actuals, ABP, RE, Conciliation, ad-hoc analysis), while ensuring quality and timeliness. 

The role also provides the opportunity to shape the future support model and processes to drive accuracy & timeliness of information to support the OU Finance team and interactions with the bottler through better insights and financial analysis to enable business decisions. 

What You’ll Do for Us   

  • Geographic scope: LATAM. 

  • Collaborates and fosters relationships with LATAM operating unit and other hubs within Finance Hub to execute strategic initiatives and support on operational deliverables. 

  • Deliver monthly financial analysis and create working files to support it (unique financial database, templates / working files to be used, financial analysis, consolidated view, presentation / delivery deck).

  • Proposes & implements process improvement opportunities to improve Stills processes deliverables quality and timeliness including automation and data visualization.

  • Translates data into insights: ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various type of data related to profit sharing model. 

  • Ensures quality of information provided to stakeholders through validations, consistency & review routines related to our Genpact partners. 

Qualifications and Requirements   

  • 3-5 years of related work experience in Commercial Finance (Stills knowledge will be a plus), Financial Planning and Analysis, Process Improvement and Project Management.

  • Advanced English.

  • Experience in business planning, financial planning, and reporting, involving influencing, communicating effectively, and managing the business needs across a varied group of business stakeholders.  

  • Experience in other business functions and field operation will be a plus.  

  • Experience in virtual management across cultures and time zones is a plus.   

  • Experience in a multinational with a global footprint. 

  • Strong demonstration of business acumen, financial competency, global mindset, effective communication, systems proficiency, change adaptability, flexibility, being able to operate in ambiguous situations, business partnership and collaboration, and innovation.  

  • Advanced communication and influence skills in the context of both external business partners (our bottlers) and internal leadership. 

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and Power BI. 

 Functional Skills  

  • Experience in various domains of FP&A -especially Topline, including Volume, Pricing, sparkling, still business models and system economics.
