Are you passionate about AI and looking for an exciting new opportunity? Thomson Reuters are on the lookout for an enthusiastic AI Product Trainer to join our AEM Customer Training Team.

Working with our sales teams, this role will focus on developing and implementing strategies to drive product adoption and maximize usage, assist with onboarding and training our generative AI software and manage customer accounts to ensure that customer training needs are being met. This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

About the Role

In this opportunity as AI Product Trainer, you will:

  • Onboarding and training customers on our software, including developing customized training programs to service specific client needs.

  • Schedule regular client meetings to ensure customers training needs are being met, including offering customized training programs.

  • Provide support to customers by responding to research queries.

  • Communicate with internal departments including sales, product development, and commercial to provide customer feedback.

  • Develop long-term strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase retention rates.

About You

You’re a fit for the role of AI Product Trainer if your background includes:

  • You have a law degree and ideally worked in practice.

  • Ideally you have worked in legal technology.

  • You have experience with training and interacting with customers.

  • You are interested in learning about new technology and software.

  • You are personable, have a positive attitude, enjoy problem solving and help customers.

  • You enjoy working on cross-functional teams and contributing to projects.
