What You Will Do
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Technical Support Engineer specializing in Fire Suppression Systems, where you'll make a significant impact on sales and growth initiatives across Turkey! In this role, you'll provide vital technical and design support, alongside engaging training services tailored for our innovative Fire Suppression Systems. You'll connect directly with customers and interact with first-line support in our branches, fostering strong relationships. Collaborating closely with the Sales team and global functional groups, including Product Management, you'll be an essential link in our global Technical Services network.
How You Will Do
- Deliver valuable Technical & Specification Support to both the Sales Team and Customers.
- Champion our comprehensive range of Fire Suppression Systems.
- Collaborate with consultants, designers, project managers, and end users to ensure project success.
- Leverage JCI software for hydraulic calculations and design of Sprinkler Systems, Foam Systems, and Gaseous Suppression Systems.
- Provide innovative Design Services and Engineering for typical system applications.
- Offer expert guidance and project support, implementing JCI solutions that align with international codes & standards (like NFPA, FM, EN, VdS).
- Be an integral part of project teams for large-scale initiatives.
What We Look For
Required
- A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written English skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and engineering Sprinkler Systems.
- Experience in creating and interpreting piping layouts.
- A knack for quickly grasping and clearly explaining technological and business concepts that drive our success.
- A solid understanding of Fire Protection Engineering principles and a keen awareness of current industry trends.
- Outstanding business communication skills, with a flair for writing effective letters and reports.
- A positive team player with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Confident presentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to identify needs and develop effective processes and supporting materials.
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experienced in AutoCAD; familiarity with REVIT is a plus!
- A willingness to travel and explore new opportunities!
