Your Responsibilities:
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:
Lead and develop the Meningitis and Established portfolio business strategy for GSK Brazil, including short- and long-term views and route to market strategy.
Secure appropriate business plan execution, governance and processes improvement in line with GSK values and expectations, policies and local legislation.
Monitor product performance, identify opportunities for growth, and propose strategies for product lifecycle management.
Liaise with global teams to provide proper business performance visibility and risk oversight and support in the Global strategy co creation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (local, regional and global), medical, sales, governance, compliance, access, CGA and regulatory affairs and other support functions to ensure alignment with business goals.
Act as a role model in leadership, integrity, ethics, principles and values promoting a positive and inclusive company culture that values diversity, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence in line with GSK’s Culture Pillars.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience as a Marketing Manager in pharmaceutical companies (non-retail markets, both public and private); experience in vaccines is preferred.
Solid experience with pre-launch strategy and launch of new products
Strong data driven decision capabilities
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Willingness to travel
