Position Summary
We are looking for a new Intern to join our Consumer Electronics Sales team!
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist the Key Account Management team in managing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
- Support the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and reports to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Help coordinate meetings and follow-ups with clients to ensure effective communication and relationship building.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing client performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Support the development of account plans to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product) to align efforts with client objectives and enhance service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for key accounts, providing insights to the team.
- Assist in organizing and attending client events or meetings as needed to support the team’s efforts.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or last year of studies with ability to work full time
- Strong interest in sales, account management, or client relationship building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and local language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in key account management
- Previous internship or experience in sales, account management, or client services is preferred
