The Warehouse Leader At MAGNA is responsible for inventory management, team coordination, process optimization, compliance and safety, transportation management, technology utilization, performance analysis, planning and forecasting, as well as effective communication with other departments, suppliers, and customers.

Hiring Requirements

- Supervise, motivate, and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff

- Delegate tasks and monitor team performance to ensure high productivity

- Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, shipping, and receiving of goods

- Maintain inventory control and carry out regular stock checks

- Train new employees and support continuous team development

- Enforce safety standards and company policies

- Report any operational issues or discrepancies to management promptly

- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse

Additional Job Description

- A degree in logistics, supply chain management, operations management, or a related field is often required.

- Several years of experience in warehouse management or logistics, with demonstrated experience in team supervision and process optimization.

- Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage conflicts, and make effective decisions

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with other departments, suppliers, and customers

- Good customer relationship skills.

- Ability to work in a team and manage emergencies.

- Good level of French and English.

- Proficient in Excel, Word...

 Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

Capability to lift and move materials as needed.

Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure smooth production operations.
