Your Role

• Scope and lead projects in the context of operational excellence and service transformation

• Build & lead cross-functional, divers, global project teams, ensure projects are delivered in time and budget

• Drive continues operational excellence as part of our DNA, support cultural transformation

• Ensure usage of state-of-the art tools and processes for leading transformational projects

• Establish good stakeholder management & - communication, prepare board meetings and steering committees

Your Profile

• University degree or equivalent in the area of business administration, engineering economics, business informatics or related

• 5 years+ of professional experience in a global context

• Solid experience in project management including knowledge on tools and processes, IPMA certification or equivalent is a plus

• Industrial experience is a plus

• Proven capability to drive and moderate business transformation & change at scale

• Business fluent knowledge of English and German, further languages are of advantage
