Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. Daily activities include coding, testing, and refining software modules to meet evolving business requirements while adhering to agile methodologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures that the solutions delivered are robust, high-performing, and aligned with organizational goals, fostering continuous improvement and innovation within the software development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance functionality and performance.
- Document software designs, processes, and code to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce B2C Commerce.
- Experience with customizing and extending Salesforce B2C Commerce capabilities to meet business requirements.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online retail processes.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS in the context of commerce solutions.
- Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize modern software development tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce B2C Commerce.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
